Come join us for a mornig workout both on and off the ice! Feel the benefits of skate conditioning combined with off-ice exercises: push-ups, squats, step-ups ab routines, and foot work drills. Jump start your metabolism with this fun and challenging workout. All fitness and skating levels welcome. TUESDAY & THURSDAY mornings 7 - 8AM. Fee: $12 or program punch card.
