Where we are located
Campground by the Lake is located 2.3 miles from the state line on the California side of the lake, on the corner of Rufus Allen Blvd and route 50. We are directly across route 50 from El Dorado Beach, a popular Lake Tahoe beach. We are part of the City of South Lake Tahoe's Recreation Complex. There are a variety of recreation options within (a very short) walking distance of our Campground. Please see click the the links found at the top of this page to see specific locations like the ice arena. golf course or swimming pool. We are a short walk away from many restaurants/shops/businesses.
