South Lake Tahoe Recreation

The City of South Lake Tahoe Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the operations and maintenance of many different facilities, sites and programs. These include: South Tahoe Ice Arena, Recreation and Swimming Pool Complex, Campground by the Lake, Regan Beach, El Dorado Beach, Bijou Golf Course, Bijou Park, Senior Citizens Center, Explore Tahoe and Kids Club - an after school program for kids in grades K through 5. Youth and Teen Activities

We're all about FUN-SAFE-RECREATION for our Youth and Teens. Check our site out to awesome programs offered for you and your family. We have Kids Night Out, Toddler and Preschool Gym Time, After School Kids Club, Spring Break Camp and Family Dodge Ball Nights.

Aquatics Programs

Feel like making a splash . . . drop in year-round at the Recreation & Swim Complex. Recreation and lap swims offered daily. Group and private lessons are available for all ages. Water Exercise goes Monday-Friday mornings. Kayak rolling runs every Tuesday evening thru June. Check in with our front desk people for more 'wet' information. Cannonballs anyone?

Weddings and Group Events at Regan Beach

Regan Beach West is located on the corner of Lakeview Avenue and Fresno Avenue in South Lake Tahoe. This beautiful setting overlooking Lake Tahoe is available for rent and is ideal for weddings. Rental rates start at $208.00 for a 2 hour rental.
